Welcome to Abhiko — India’s zero-commission, community-powered food ordering and lifestyle platform. By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or any Abhiko services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use Abhiko. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Use of Services

You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

4. Restaurant & Delivery Partner Responsibility

Abhiko connects you with restaurants and delivery partners (Abhryders) but does not control the quality, safety, or legality of their services. Restaurants are responsible for fulfilling your orders and delivery partners are responsible for timely delivery.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payments

Prices are clearly displayed before you place an order. Taxes and delivery fees, if any, will be shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely via trusted gateways. Abhiko does not charge hidden commissions from restaurants.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Order cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the specific restaurant’s policy and delivery status. Refer to our Cancellation Policy and Refund & Return Policy pages for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and software on Abhiko’s Platform are owned or licensed by Abhiko Technologies Private Limited. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Links

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Abhiko is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

9. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse our services, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

10. Changes to Terms

Abhiko may update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Abhiko shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform.
